Refund and Cancellation Policy


Refund Policy

In certain cases, and within certain limits, a fee may be refunded if the work will not be completed:

  1. If the work has been started, the department may retain an appropriate portion of the processing fee.
  2. Submit written explanation of refund request within 30 calendar days of payment of the permit fee.
  3. A full refund will be made if the department is in error.

Cancellation Policy

Before Service Commencement:
  • Full refund available if cancelled 12 hours before scheduled service
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 8 hours after order is placed
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 2 hours before scheduled service
After Service Commencement:
  • No refund for services already delivered
  • Minimum charges may apply for work initiated
